Running Personal Training
The Sports Center offers world-class instruction for beginner, elite and masters runners. Highly experienced trainers will prepare you for a marathon, a 10k or just help you feel more comfortable running outside. Personal trainers also utilize the 1/4-mile indoor track for cross-training, sport-specific exercises and individually tailored track workouts.
