Sports Center trainer Gael Guevara has developed an innovative small group training program using the ViPR training tool. The ViPR, which stands for Vitality, Performance and Re-conditioning, challenges the whole body: it helps improve cardiovascular fitness, balance, coordination, while also building strength and muscle tone. Exercises utilizing the ViPR system are unlimited, and include cardio conditioning, upper body, lower body and core toning. Get out of your workout rut and join in the fun!
This 4-week program meets twice a week, with a morning and evening available schedule, and is also open to non-members.
