Triathlon Training Programs
With training facilities for all three triathlon disciplines, the Sports Center is home to the best triathlon training program in New York City. Swim in the 50-yard indoor swimming pool, run on the ¼-mile indoor running track and take a spin class - all under one roof. The Sports Center offers group and personal training for individual triathletes and team training on the CP Throttle Triathlon Club team. Club members can also take advantage of the Sports Center’s convenient location in Manhattan along the Hudson River Park bikeway / walkway.

These triathlon group training programs are open to non-members.
Individual Triathlon Training
The Sports Center features numerous trainers who specialize in triathlons and are available for personal training to help athletes fine-tune specific race segments. Triathlon training sessions are held on the track, in the pool, on the bikes in the cardio training areas and on the strength deck. For more information please visit our personal training page.
CP Throttle Team Training
The CP Throttle team won the 2009 USA Triathlon Division 4 National Championship, defending its 2008 and 2007 titles. Twenty-two athletes reached the podium; eight were Division 4 winners. The Sports Center salutes the outstanding effort of the CP Throttle Team – we invite you to join in the excitement! CP Throttle also defended its first place finish in the New York City Triathlon Club Challenge. CP Full Throttle is open to Sports Center members only.
