CHELSEA PIERS SWEEPSTAKES - OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

1. The IZOD Center (Sesame Street Live) – Chelsea Piers Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 or over. Employees, officers, and directors of Chelsea Piers (“Sponsor” or “Chelsea Piers”), its parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their immediate families or members of the same households of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Employees and the immediate families of employees of IZOD and IZOD Center, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are also ineligible. This sweepstakes is offered only in New York and is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the responsibility of individual winners.
2. Enter at Sky Rink (Pier 61) or the Field House (Pier 62) at Chelsea Piers by completing an official entry form from 12:01 am ET on September 1, 2011 through 11:59 pm ET on September 15, 2011 OR print your name, address, zip code and age on a 3" x 5" card and drop into the ballot box located at either Sky Rink (Pier 61) or the Field House (Pier 62) OR mail to: The IZOD Center (Sesame Street Live) - Chelsea Piers Sweepstakes, c/o Chelsea Piers Management, Chelsea Piers, Pier 62, Suite 300, New York, New York 10011, Attention: Arie Sladowsky
3. Enter as often as you wish but each entry must be mailed in a separate envelope or deposited into the ballot box located at Sky Rink (Pier 61) or the Field House (Pier 62). Entries must be received by September 15, 2011. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail or entries. All materials submitted become the property of sponsor and none will be returned.
4. There will be two (2) Winners selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received from 12:01 am ET on September 1, 2011 through 11:59 pm ET on September 15, 2011. The drawing will take place on or about September 15, 2011 and will be conducted by Sponsor. Winner will be notified by email. Only one winner per family or household. Winner may not substitute or transfer prizes. All minors must be accompanied on the trip by an adult.
5. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.
6. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation as permitted by law.
7. Prize Details: “The IZOD Center (Sesame Street Live) - Chelsea Piers Sweepstakes” – Two (2) Grand Prize winners will receive: Four (4) tickets to see Sesame Street Live at the IZOD Center in East Rutherford, NJ. Tickets valid Friday, September 30 – Sunday, October 2, 2011. Total Value of Each Ticket = $31.50 There are no substitutions.
8. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.
9. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “The IZOD Center (Sesame Street Live) - Chelsea Piers Sweepstakes,” c/o Chelsea Piers Management, Chelsea Piers, Pier 62, Suite 300, New York, New York 10011, attention: Arie Sladowsky by October 1, 2011.
