1. The Sesame Place – Chelsea Piers Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 or over. Employees, officers, and directors of Chelsea Piers (“Sponsor” or “Chelsea Piers”), its parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their immediate families or members of the same households of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Employees and the immediate families of employees of Busch Entertainment Corp., its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are also ineligible. This sweepstakes is offered only in New York and is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the responsibility of individual winners.
2. To enter on-line, click here and complete an on-line official entry form from 12:01 am ET on June 1, 2009 through 11:59 pm ET on June 30, 2009 OR you may enter by completing an official entry form, which is located at both Sky Rink (Pier 61) and the Field House (Pier 62) at Chelsea Piers OR print your name, address, zip code and age on a 3" x 5" card and drop into the ballot box located at either Sky Rink (Pier 61) or the Field House (Pier 62) and mail to: Sesame Place Sweepstakes, c/o Chelsea Piers Management, Chelsea Piers, Pier 62, Suite 300, New York, New York 10011, Attention: Jenna Weinerman
3. One (1) online entry per person. For all other entries, enter as often as you wish but each entry must be mailed in a separate envelope or deposited into the ballot box located at Sky Rink (Pier 61) or the Field House (Pier 62). Entries must be received by June 30, 2009. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail or entries. All materials submitted become the property of sponsor and none will be returned.
4. There will be one (1) Winner selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received from 12:01am ET on June 1, 2009 through 11:59pm ET on June 30, 2009. The drawing will take place on or about July 1, 2009 and will be conducted by Sponsor. Winner will be notified by mail. Only one winner per family or household. Winner may not substitute or transfer prizes. All minors must be accompanied on the trip by an adult. In the event travel companion is a minor, a liability and publicity release must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
5. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within 14 days of prize notification. The prize winner's travel companion(s) must also complete and sign a publicity/liability release and return it within the same time period. In the event of noncompliance within this time period, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.
6. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, biographical information, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation as permitted by law.
7. Prize Details:
   “Win A Family Getaway to Sesame Place” - Grand Prize winner will receive: Trip for Four (4) People to Include One (1) Night Hotel Accommodations (1 room), Four (4) Elmo Any-Two Day Tickets, Four (4) Breakfast with the Characters.
   Total Value of Each Trip = $488.
   Travel must be completed by October 28, 2009. All travel must take place on same itinerary; there are no substitutions. Winner must be part of travel group.
8. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.
9. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to “Sesame Place Sweepstakes,” c/o Chelsea Piers Management, Chelsea Piers, Pier 62, Suite 300, New York, New York 10011, attention: Jenna Weinerman by July 1, 2009.
