Work Out With Fitness Sensation Gilad!

Work out with Discovery Fit and Health TV’s Gilad, as he leads two classes at the Sports Center on Sunday, June 2. The first session challenges guests to a fast-paced cardio class, and features a combination of aerobic moves and kickboxing. After the class, guests are invited to a meet and great with the fitness legend, which includes opportunities for pictures, autographs, and merchandise sales. The second class focuses on body sculpting, with an emphasis on the core. After the conclusion of the class, Gilad will participate in a Q & A session, as well as a photo op.

The schedule is as follows:

Cardio Blast                2:30pm – 3:30pm

Meet & Greet              3:30pm – 4:30pm

Core Cross-Training     4:30pm – 5:30pm

Wrap up                      5:30pm – 6:30pm

In addition, all participants can enter for a chance to win a trip for two to Hawai’i, courtesy of Hawaiian Airlines.

Don’t have time to get to the beach this month but still want to dig your toes into the sand and have some fun? The Sports Center’s Beach Volleyball class is the perfect local escape for the summer city dweller. Providing a unique and fun workout, Beach Volleyball tones your entire body, increases agility and improves overall fitness. Join instructors Anna Paddock & Patricia Morris on Friday nights at 6:30pm for a fun and exciting workout. No sun block required! (Basic volleyball skills required.)

There's no time like the present to try something new! Therefore, try out our newest class Mind Body Fusion on Tuesday nights from 8pm to 9pm in Studio A. Begins Tuesday, January 11!

Mind Body Fusion is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Strength & Therapy movements. Each discipline fuses techniques to create a complete mind body experience that is corrective and restorative. Focus is placed on breath, proper alignment, increased strength, balance and flexibility.

Pre-registration is not required, so give it a shot tonight or any Tuesday night from 8-9pm in Studio A.
