Featured Class , Try a New Sport 1 Comment »There's no time like the present to try something new! Therefore, try out our newest class Mind Body Fusion on Tuesday nights from 8pm to 9pm in Studio A. Begins Tuesday, January 11!
Mind Body Fusion is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Strength & Therapy movements. Each discipline fuses techniques to create a complete mind body experience that is corrective and restorative. Focus is placed on breath, proper alignment, increased strength, balance and flexibility.
Pre-registration is not required, so give it a shot tonight or any Tuesday night from 8-9pm in Studio A.
