Muay Thai Boxing is back at the Sports Center! Train with internationally undefeated Muay Thai fighter Jason Van Oijen and tone your entire body while learning the fundamentals of self-defense. Classes run for 4-weeks at 6:30pm and 7:30pm, on the following days:
May 6, 13, 20, & June 3
June 10, 17, 24, & July 8

We're pleased to announce that we will now be offering SC 60 CLUB, a new group fitness class designed to encourage a healthier and more active lifestyle for our mature members. Developed by Sports Center trainer and Exercise Physiologist Sharone Huey, SC 60 CLUB will allow class-goers to participate in a range of fitness activities that will help improve overall health and the ability to tackle daily tasks.
Classes will be held five days a week and will include activities such as walking, cycling, stretching, balancing and more. For more information, call the Fitness Desk at 212.336.6099.
