Rock Climbing
Have you seen our new Bouldering Cave yet? It's incredible! Try it today with these 5 tips:
1. Know where your center of gravity is, it's more important then
strength.
2. Pay attention to the position of your feet and hips.
3.
Generate momentum from your feet in the direction you want to go.
4. Pay
attention to your surroundings - other climbers, pad situation, etc.
5. Focus
on using your core muscles rather then doing pull-ups.
Use these tips during the free Intro to Bouldering Workshops on Tuesday & Thursday nights from 7-8pm. Meet me at the Cave and we'll have you climbing in no time!
