Fine-tune all aspects
of your game this winter at the Basketball Skills Academy. Led by former NBA
player Sean Green and assisted by former LaSalle Academy player Sal Maisano,
this 4-week program will have you playing to your best ability in no time! Each
class focuses on flexibility, footwork drills, increasing reaction time,
developing an explosive first step, becoming a better passer and receiver,
moving with and without the ball, improving shooting technique, court
awareness, communication, and leadership on the court.
Ages 12+ can choose to
play once or twice a week on Thursdays or Sundays for one hour.
Adults can choose to
play once or twice a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, or Sundays for one
hour.
