While there are many more than ten reasons to exercise, here are ten that keep me going whenever I think about skipping a workout.

  4. Improve muscular strength
  5. Decrease stress levels & anxiety
  6. Reduce predisposal to illnesses/injuries
  7. Increase flexibility
  8. Lower blood pressure & boost HDL (good) cholesterol
  9. Reduce risk of heart attack, stroke & disease
  10. Stronger bones
