Game Time Instructional Hockey

Wednesdays, 8:30pm - 9:50pm

Game Time Instructional Hockey is for players ages 18 or older with limited or no ice hockey experience. Players are introduced to the skills, techniques and tactics required for hockey. The program focuses on individual skills development, as well as fundamental team play. All instruction is provided by Sky Rink's expert coaching team.

Sessions concentrate on game-play situations, including:

• Team-focused drills
• Offensive and defensive strategies
• Power play and penalty kills situations
• Position responsibilities in defensive, neutral and offensive zones
• Shooting, passing, stick-handling and puck possession skills
