The Power Stroking Clinic focuses on technique, style as well as power and conditioning for figure skaters.  It is open to all ages including adults provided they have competent stroking and cross over skills in all directions.  Classes range from very detailed, creative and edge-oriented to fast-paced cardio workouts.
