New classes start every week!
Monday Adult Hockey Prep Program for new players with beginner - intermediate skating ability. Players will be introduced to the proper skating techniques and tactics required to play hockey. This will include proper stance, weight transfer, and stick position skills. The main focus will be on individual skating skill development required to play hockey.
Players are required to have at least the following equipment for the class: Skates, Stick, Gloves, Helmet (with face mask), shin guards, elbow pads. We also recommend pants and shoulder pads.
At the completion of this class or at the recommedation of the instructor players will have the skills necessary to participate in the Gametime Hockey / Instructional Program on Wednesday nights.
