D & E were recently occupied by Fox's
The $treet. Past tenants include Dreamworks'
popular sitcom Spin City, starring Golden
Globe winner Michael J. Fox, The Food Network's
Ready, Set…Cook. Oversized stage doors
allow Studios D & E to be combined,
creating over 20,000 square feet of sound
stage space. The support space includes
two (2) floors of dressing rooms, large
carpentry / scenic shops, storage facilities,
wardrobe, hair and make-up rooms, casting
facilities, and an oversized working corridor.
Additional office space available.
The
Studios at Chelsea Piers have also been
used for Feature Films, Dance Rehearsals,
Special Events, Music Videos and Commercials.
Monthly
Rental Fee includes Support Space.
Additional Charges:
Utilities, Trash Removal (BFI Carting) and
Parking.
