Cooking at CP Kids
Developing healthy eating habits at a young age is important to us at CP Kids. We provide nutritious, organic and sugar-free snacks for students in the morning and the afternoon. To encourage healthy eating, the children play an active role in creating what they eat for snacks. Cooking allows students the opportunity to use knowledge they have and apply it in different context. They get to count, measure, follow a sequence, follow multi-step directions and engage socially with peers to create something together. It is a naturally interdisciplinary activity that is fun and delicious!
