Yoga at CP Kids
Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness through a noncompetitive physical activity. When children learn techniques for self-regulation, relaxation and inner-fulfillment they can navigate life's challenges with greater ease. Incorporating yoga into the CP Kids curriculum allows students the opportunity to reset, practice breathing techniques, and increase focus in the classroom and at home.
