Cage & Field Rentals
The Field House is home to four state-of-the-art batting cages offering fast pitch, medium pitch, and slow pitch softball and baseball. The ProBatter® Simulator, which is used at Major League Baseball stadiums and training sites, is also available. ProBatter technology features a life-size video screen simulated pitcher throwing a ball towards the batter.
Batting cage tokens are available for purchase. Batting cage rentals are also available.

- Cage #1: Left/Right - Fast Pitch Baseball/ProBatter, Slow Pitch Softball
- Cage #2: Right - Medium Pitch Baseball/Softball
- Cage #3: Left - Slow Pitch Baseball/Softball

Batting Cage Rentals
Batting cages may be rented in 30-minute and 60-minute time periods. Pitching speed is adjustable in cages #1 and #2 for one-hour rentals. Batting side is adjustable in cage #1 only.
Reservations may be taken in person or by telephone. All rentals must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No same day rentals. For availability, please call the Front Desk at 212.336.6500, ext. 0.

NOTE: All Batting Cage rental fees are non-refundable. Chelsea Piers will gladly reschedule a reservation at no additional charge if the cancellation is done at least 24 hours prior to the reservation. Chelsea Piers will not reschedule reservations that are cancelled on the day of the reservation.

Due to a variety of programming and events, batting cage availability is often limited.

Field Rentals
The Field House is home to two turf soccer fields and two hardwood basketball courts that can be rented by the hour. Reservations can be taken over the phone or in person. All rentals must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
