You’ll start each ride by entering your individual stats to tailor your ride specific to your body and personal fitness level. With a fun and knowledgeable instructor as your guide, you push through climbs, sprints and flats, working in five-color coded training zones. Motivational music keeps you locked in to the right pedal cadence throughout. The color console takes the guessing game out of the resistance knob. When you reach the instructed color zone, you are at the right zone for you. If you’ve got a heart-rate monitor, sync it to our screens to personalize your zone training.

For the optimal riding experience, we offer complimentary use of Specialized cycling shoes for every Breakaway rider. If you already have your own cycle shoes, don’t worry. All bikes have clips or cages that can fit any cycling or athletic shoe.
