My classes are strong and focused. “Muscle over Momentum” is one of my favorite mantras. I have students hold asana to build strength, create mobility with a big dose of mindfulness, breath and awareness. I like to think of what I do in class as accessible and relatable for ALL levels of practice. And in between all the sweat and grunts from students, I like to lighten the mood with a little humor.
