I start off my classes by connecting breath and awareness, allowing students to find a more mindful space within themselves. We then build up to a flow of postures that will have you moving on your mat, focusing on strength, flexibility, stamina and safe alignment. The flow will be challenging, fun and intriguing; I usually teach a faster flow with music that will encourage you to move. My classes wind down by reconnecting and centering into The Self.
