I try to be down-to-earth and infuse a sense of humor in each class. My favorite part about teaching, aside from seeing bodies transform with the breath, is witnessing students develop confidence and pride in their practice. My classes are influenced by my Iyengar-inspired practice, as well as my passion for anatomy, asana mechanics and yoga philosophy.
