My classes are sweaty and challenging, but open for all levels. I encourage my students to try new poses that take them out of their comfort zone and bring them into the present moment. Coming to my class should be a break from your day and you are welcome to leave everything else in your life outside the door. All you truly need to do in my class is breathe and love your breath.
