My style is integrative, alignment-based and athletic. My classes focus on increasing mobility, balance, breath capacity and a sense of vitality. I encourage students to tap deeply into their bodies and themselves with a sense of curiosity, all while pushing their limits and having fun. I always begin and end class with a mindfulness practice to help students integrate a sense of lightness, center and focus.
