My classes focus on detailed alignment and engaging sequences. I create a safe and dynamic class experience that challenges and encourages all levels. By linking movements to the breath, I guide my students in a journey towards inhabiting their bodies and minds with more ease. I view the asanas as the best entry point into a regular meditation practice that will instill confidence and self-reliance and, therefore, end class with a short guided meditation.
