In my classes, poses are deconstructed and built up from the base, so that you’ll get a clearer idea of exactly how to do the poses. This greater awareness of all the parts makes the practice into what Mr. Iyengar called “meditation in action." We’ll focus on different groups of poses each week and always end with a deep relaxation. Props are used so that the poses are accessible to everybody.
