My classes are fun, high-energy and balanced. My background is that of a competitive athlete and I was the come back kid; I had two major knee surgeries all before the age of 21, so I know what it takes to retrain, reform and rebuild a body. I am a motivator, whether it's words of encouragement, a playlist that won't quit or dishing out good vibes, I get you where you need to be. My first focus is on form, I want to teach you how to exercise safely, correctly and effectively. My classes and training sessions focus on alignment, coordination and agility. Together we get the work done; I'm at all about solidarity.
