Instagram Live
  • Download the Instagram App and create a free account. Apple store. Play Store.
  • Open up Instagram and go to the @chelseapiersfitness page just before class begins. Look for the pink Instagram Live icon on our profile photo and tap to open the Live session!
  • Have a smart TV? Pair your phone with your TV for a larger view of the workout.
  • Want to watch our Instagram Live sessions on your desktop? There's an app for that! Follow these instructions to set up your computer to view Instagram Live.

Zoom
  • Click through the schedule to reserve your space in advance on Eventbrite.
  • You will receive a registration confirmation email that includes a link to retrieve the Zoom link, session ID + password.
  • At class time, click on the link in your computer browser or enter the session ID into your Zoom app to join the class.
