Volleyball players of all levels are invited to play. Open play times for Men, Women and Co-ed volleyball players are scheduled according to level of experience.
Chelsea Piers Fitness's talented volleyball instructors teach the fundamentals and strategy of volleyball, while providing an incredible workout. Trainer use the sand as a resistance tool for running, fitness training and rehab.
