Develop the proper technique required to execute the squat, bench and deadlift. Team members compete regularly in sanctioned meets and are preparing to compete at the national level.
Coached by Elite Trainer Josh Hidalgo, certified strength and conditioning specialist.
Each session is 60 minutes.
