Golf Club FAQs

What happens if I have a temperature over 100.4F and I'm denied entry?
If denied entry based on the temperature check or health survey, we will refund your payment. New York State and New York City have issued strict guidelines for reopening businesses in order to limit the spread of Covid-19. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we're causing by not allowing you to enter the facility today and hope you understand that we're doing our part to keep our customers, staff and visitors safe.
How can I purchase a session for the range?
Purchases and reservations can only be made online. To make your reservation, click here. Please note that stalls are limited to two people and there are no refunds available.
Will there be a waiting area?
We regret that there will not be a waiting area available. There will be a queuing line outside the entrance with six-foot social distancing markers. We will endeavor to be as efficient as possible in managing our flow of traffic. With an online reservation system in place, long lines are not expected.
Will hours of operation change?
The new Golf Club hours of operation are 8:00am - 10:00pm. Hours are subject to change.
Are Member locker rooms and bag storage open?
Yes, member locker rooms and bag storage areas are now open for use. Face masks are required.
Can I book a simulator?
Yes! You can reserve an indoor simulator session online. Max four people allowed per sim session.
Can I book a private or group lesson?
Yes, we are now offering private and semi-private outdoor lessons. Please click here to book your lesson online and to read our new safety policies.
Can I use my ball card(s)?
During this phase of our reopening, we are not accepting ball cards. Please save your ball cards for future use once normal operations resume; they never expire!
What programming will be available at the Golf Academy?
The Golf Academy is offering private and semi-private lessons as well as all of our Junior and Adult schools & clinics. Smaller class sizes and face masks required.
Will there be summer camp?
We are working on a Summer Camp program for 2021. More information to come soon. Please email camps@chelseapiers.com for specific camp information.
Will your public restrooms be open?
Yes, public restrooms are available at Pier 62. We also have restrooms available inside the Golf Club in the Main Lobby.
Can I book a private event or party?
During our phased reopening we are offering small outdoor gatherings and indoor gatherings up to 25% capacity. If you are interested in learning more about booking an event, please email events@chelseapiers.com or kscott@chelseapiers.com.
Will the parking garage be open?
If you are arriving by private car, we offer parking at Pier 60 and Pier 61. Valet Parking at Pier 59 will not be available.
