Full Throttle Endurance Triathlon Training Program

All levels of triathlon competitors are welcome, from beginners to seasoned veterans. Athletes are strongly encouraged to compete in a triathlon but it is not a requirement. Each practice focuses on the fundamentals of the three components of triathlon and includes:

  • Strength Training
  • Functional Training

  • Non-members limited to one 8-week introductory session

(Groups A, B, C) Up to 5 workouts per week
$275/month $720 for one 8-week session
Off-Peak
(Groups D) Up to 3 workouts per week
$225/month $720 for one 8-week session
