 Playing Stars is a youth soccer program emphasizing individual skill development as well as the fundamentals of sportsmanship and team tactics. Students learn the proper technique for passing, dribbling, shooting, heading and goalkeeping. Full and half-field training games are played throughout the semester to provide players with match experience.

Subscription-based freestyle sessions for youth and adult figure skaters level Basic 5 or Adult 5 and above who are looking for private lessons and practice ice to take their skating to the next level. These sessions are combined with lower through higher level skaters.

Co-ed Trampoline is a high-energy class that helps kids build strength, coordination, and confidence. It’s a low-pressure entry point for children who love to jump, flip, and try new movements—no prior experience required. A strong alternative to traditional gymnastics, this class is ideal for beginners and active kids looking for something different.

Kids start with foundational trampoline skills like jumps, landings, turns, and beginner tricks, then advance as control, confidence, and technique improve. Coaches focus on safe mechanics, clear skill progressions, and individual readiness, creating a class that feels welcoming and achievable while supporting long-term physical development.

Off-ice training offered to skaters beginning at the Pre–Free Skate level.

Coach Heather's off ice class primarily focuses on isolating body movements to achieve correct spin positions, jumping technique for single jumps through axel/doubles, and choreography. We will also spend time on cardio, strength training and proper stretching technique with basic yoga positions for post on-ice recovery.
