On-site parking is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week on Piers 59, 60, and 61. Complimentary 20-minute parking is available for any drop-offs. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests typically have no trouble finding a spot except during large events.
Rates (excludes the 18.375% NYC parking tax):
- 20 minutes only: $0
- Up to 1 hour: $22.86
- Up to 2 hours: $25.30
- Up to 3 hours: $31.83
- Up to 4 hours: $41.63
- Up to 5 hours: $49.79
- Up to 6 hours: $53.06
- After 6 hours: $13.06 (per additional hour)
- Overnight parking is prohibited.
All rates and offerings are subject to change.
Lost ticket fee: $100 minimum
Production Vehicles
Production vehicles are subject to additional fees. Arrangements and appropriate fees must be paid in advance through the Parking Manager. Please fill out the form below to get in touch with them.

Due to the high volume of cars and various businesses and events at the facility, no one (tenant, employee or customer) is guaranteed parking if the parking lot facilities are full. North River Parking reserves the right to close sections of the various parking areas and/or entire areas as needed for facility events or for safety reasons
