Ready to reach new heights? This beginner rock climbing class introduces young climbers to the thrill of the wall. Students learn essential techniques -- footwork, grip, balance, and body positioning -- along with safety skills including proper harness use and belaying basics.
Stroke Development 1 (8-9 yrs)

For our older independent swimmers, we offer a progressive series of classes where stroke techniques are introduced and honed in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Prerequisite for Stroke Development 1: foundation of freestyle and backstroke; ability to swim a complete pool "length." 5:1 ratio.
