Tumbling and Trampoline (6-8yrs)
Trampoline ·
Co-ed Trampoline is a high-energy class that helps kids build strength, coordination, and confidence. It’s a low-pressure entry point for children who love to jump, flip, and try new movements—no prior experience required. A strong alternative to traditional gymnastics, this class is ideal for beginners and active kids looking for something different.
Kids start with foundational trampoline skills like jumps, landings, turns, and beginner tricks, then advance as control, confidence, and technique improve. Coaches focus on safe mechanics, clear skill progressions, and individual readiness, creating a class that feels welcoming and achievable while supporting long-term physical development.
