Ball Mastery is pure technical work — a full hour of touches, first touch, control, and combinations.

Advanced tumbling, trampoline, parkour, free-running, and ninja obstacles for athletes who are done with beginner.

Skill-intensive hockey training with 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week. Drills customized to each player’s level.

From forward stroking and crossovers through spins, backward edges, and T-stops — each level builds the technical foundation for the next.

Work alongside our PGA and LPGA Golf Professionals to perfect consistency and develop mental strategies to apply on the golf course.

Further refine stroke techniques on all four competitive strokes. Focuses on endurance and advanced techniques.

Classes run in sessions year-round — and you can enroll at any time. Register online through our classes page and filter by sport, age, or day of week. Programs are available for all ages including toddlers and preschoolers. Members get priority registration and discounted rates.
