Before any prize is awarded, the potential winner must execute and return: (a) Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release; (b) IRS Form W-9; (c) government-issued photo ID showing age and identity

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC for any prize valued at $600 or more. Winner must complete a W-9 prior to receiving the prize.

On Saturday, July 11, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.

The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within two (2) business days of the drawing and must respond and complete prize-claim documents (below) within four (4) business days of first notification. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or non-compliance results in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, winner consents to Sponsor’s and Partner’s use of winner’s name, city/state of residence, photograph, voice, statements, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

By participating, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Partner, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, and promotion and advertising agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation property damage, personal injury, or death.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with entry or operation, acting in violation of these Rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor and shared with Partner solely for purposes of administering this one-day raffle and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s privacy notice.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice-of-law rules. Sole jurisdiction and venue is the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
