Reservations can be made 7 Days in Advance for Members, 4 Days in Advance for Guests. At Chelsea Piers, there’s no age limit on enjoying a gymnastics workout. Get fit, build skills, and have fun with adult drop-in gymnastics classes offered year-round! There’s something for everyone, with beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes available to adults 18+. All levels are welcome to join for a total body workout made fun with gymnastics!
