Our Competitive Gymnastics Programs
Women's Pre-Team
Our Women's Development Program and Xcel Program begins with a non-competitive level, Pre-Team, designed to introduce the fundamentals of competitive gymnastics.
Women's Development Program
Competition begins with level 3 and progresses through level 10. In levels 3-5 gymnasts perform a compulsory routine as required by USA Gymnastics. In levels 6-10, gymnasts perform an optional routine corresponding to their level.
Women's Xcel Program
Competition begins with Bronze and progresses through Sapphire. At each level, gymnasts perform an optional routine corresponding to their level and the skill requirements set by USA Gymnastics.

State-of-the-Art Facilities
15,000 square feet of gymnastic equipment, the facility features two competition spring floors, deep foam training pits, an in-ground TumblTrak, a rod floor, in-ground trampolines, and multiple sets of men's and women's Olympic equipment.

Our teams compete in exciting local, regional, and national meets. Traveling to destinations like Florida, Texas, and the Bahamas for unforgettable competition experiences.
Chelsea Piers Winter Challenge
Presented by HSS Orthopedics with Stamford Health, this annual gymnastics competition is open to Boys USAG Level 3-10 Junior Development Xcel, Gold, and Platinum teams and Girls USAG Developmental Program Levels 3-10 and Xcel teams.
