Develop at all costs rather than win at all costs. I believe that each player should be given the opportunity to develop to their full potential. They have to be given the opportunity to try, fail, struggle and try again to do that.

Most Memorable Sports Moment
2009 CT State Championship, Class LL win. Westhill had never been past the second round of the state tournament, after we surpassed that goal we kept winning and won the final 2-1 v Glastonbury. We returned the following year to the final this time to lose to Shelton.
