Coaching Philosophy
I offer skating education with an emphasis on wellness and community, celebrating my skaters experiences on and off the ice.
Competitive Background
I spent 16 years competing in the Southwestern Region before continuing on to represent the University of Colorado-Boulder, on their competitive skating team. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Cultural Anthropology which I applied during my 5 year world tour with Disney On Ice. I had the great honor and privilege of portraying the role of Elsa as well as many other memorable characters throughout my time with the company.
Coaching Experience
In 2018, I established my own coaching business, Coach Jenn LLC, and have supported the competitive and performance goals for many young skaters in the NYC area. In 2020, I became the Director of Figure Skating at Navesink Country Club in Red Bank New Jersey.
Most Memorable Sports Moment
I landed my fourth ever double axel attempt. My mom and dad were both in the stands and got it on video. My coach had given me such simple yet effective instruction and everyones hard work to get me to that moment felt like it had really paid off. My family played such a big roll in my success in skating that having them there really solidified the moment as one of my most cherished.
