Coaching Philosophy

My coaching philosophy is to coach with a hard work mentality. I find that the harder the coach works, the more the gymnasts will pick up that trait and use that trait in their workouts.

Competitive Background

I competed in gymnastics for 7 years. I was New York State Champion in level 7 Boys Gymnastics. I competed throughout H.S. and was a D1 Collegiate diver.

Coaching Experience

I’ve been coaching gymnastics to all ages and levels for 22 years. My experience ranges from Pre-schoolers, Rec. Classes, Boys and Girls competitive teams and also coaching adult classes.

Most Memorable Sports Moment

My most memorable sports experience, was when I met Greg Louganis for the first time. I was amazed I was meeting a living diving legend.
