I aim to focus on empowering athletes to trust themselves, grow consistently, and take ownership of their roles. I emphasize respect, accountability, and building from individual strengths while creating a team culture that values hard work, learning, and enjoyment of the process.
I have been playing volleyball since the age of 8, competing at both Downstate and Alpha Gamma Volleyball Clubs. I was on my high school varsity volleyball team for four-years and captain for two years. I played club volleyball throughout college.
I am the head JV Coach at King School and have been coaching there for two years, and I was an assistant club coach for a year.
One of my most memorable sports moments came during my varsity career. After advancing to the states, facing a tough loss, and navigating multiple broken-down buses on the two-hour journey home, our team found a deeper level of connection and support for one another. That experience reinforced for me the value of trust, composure, and togetherness under pressure.
