Coaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy centers around the A.C.E. acronym: Attitude, Coachability, and Effort. Every day is an opportunity to learn, grow, and improve both as athletes and as people. I encourage my players to bring a positive attitude, be supportive and respectful teammates, and stay open to feedback and learning. We give 110% effort in everything we do, on and off the court. Most importantly, we always remember to have fun!
Competitive Background
Served as Captain of the King School Varsity Volleyball team throughout high school, leading the team to 7 championships of 4 FAA titles and 3 All-New England titles. Continued playing at the collegiate level for Mitchell College, where I was a multi-year captain.
Coaching Experience
Since 2022, I have been a coach with Chelsea Piers Volleyball, working with multiple national, select, and regional teams, as well as leading camps and private training sessions. I served as Head Coach at Port Chester High School for two seasons and was an Assistant Coach at Greenwich Academy.
Most Memorable Sports Moment
One of the most memorable moments in my coaching career was getting the chance to lead my national team in one of the biggest tournaments they have ever played in. We were up against a very well-known team local to the area, and most people didn’t expect us to win. My girls gave everything they had throughout that game. It was a tough, five-set match and they fought hard from start to finish. Watching them push through, stay focused, and finally come out on top was an incredible feeling. What made it even more special was seeing how far they had come over the season. All the hard work paid off in that moment.
