Gymnastics Foundations provides structured, skill-based instruction on each apparatus to advance their abilities. This class emphasizes proper technique and body alignment while introducing key gymnastics fundamentals such as handstands, rolls, cartwheel progressions, bridges, and front supports. Each lesson is designed to build strength, flexibility, and coordination in a supportive environment that encourages focus, independence, and confidence.

Intermediate Gymnastics (8-10 yrs)

Gymnastics for 8-10 year olds. Classes teach the gymnast strength and discipline while developing the appropriate gymnastics etiquette. Gymnasts move to the next level at the discretion of the instructor.

For our older independent swimmers, we offer a progressive series of classes where stroke techniques are introduced and honed in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Prerequisite for Stroke Development 2: mastery of freestyle and backstroke; familiarity with breaststroke. 5:1 ratio.
