For our older independent swimmers, we offer a progressive series of classes where stroke techniques are introduced and honed in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Prerequisite for Stroke Development 2: mastery of freestyle and backstroke; familiarity with breaststroke. 5:1 ratio.

This class is designed for young gymnasts ready to push beyond the basics and begin training with a competitive edge. This class emphasizes strength, flexibility, and precision while introducing advanced progressions on all apparatus, including handstand holds, cartwheel variations, bridges, and bar skills such as pullovers and casts. Athletes will refine technique, build endurance, and develop performance quality in a structured environment that prepares them for pre-team or competitive gymnastics.

This program introduces more challenging drills and rally-based activities that focus on consistency, control, and tactical awareness. Athletes refine core techniques—serves, volleys, and groundstrokes—while learning advanced footwork patterns and game strategies. Coaches incorporate scoring, match play, and competitive scenarios to build confidence and resilience in a supportive environment.
