My movement background is grounded in dance, theatre, circus arts, and traditional sports, including competitive soccer. I’ve committed to a lifelong active lifestyle, and my goal is to encourage others to do the same and discover what moves them.
As a trainer, my goal is to offer science-based information that simplifies the way we can progress toward better movement and better health for life. I decided to earn my personal trainer certification to gain a deeper understanding of how everything works from within, whether it’s training for strength and mobility or cross-training for sports and dance. It also gave me a new sense of purpose, as I was able to help my mom avoid knee surgery with consistent mobility and strength training. Everyone’s timeline, goals, and needs look different, but I am committed to being here on the journey with you and for you!
My first gig when moving to New York in 2021 was performing with other acrobats on the Late Night Show with Jimmy Fallon.
