Masters Swim Team

Due to COVID restrictions regarding indoor group fitness, we are unable to offer this program at this time.

Members of the Chelsea Piers Masters Swim Team participate in weekly workouts led by our staff of experienced coaches who utilize the most current teaching and training techniques. A typical workout ranges from 2,200 - 6,000 yards depending on the speed of the swimmer and the emphasis and make up of the workout - i.e. technique, drills, sprints, strokes, kicking, pace work/endurance freestyle, etc. Open to Chelsea Piers Fitness members only.
