Masters Swim Team

Members of the Chelsea Piers Masters Swim Team participate in weekly workouts led by our staff of experienced coaches who utilize the most current teaching and training techniques. A typical workout ranges from 2,200 - 6,000 yards depending on the speed of the swimmer and the emphasis and make up of the workout - i.e. technique, drills, sprints, strokes, kicking, pace work/endurance freestyle, etc. Open to Chelsea Piers Fitness members only.

Masters swimmers from out of town are welcome to join a practice at Chelsea Piers Fitness and use the rest of the club for the day pass rate of $50. Please schedule your visit in advance with Michael Sabala at msabala@chelseapiers.com. Some restrictions may apply.
