Personalized 25-minute private ice skating lessons for all ages and skill levels. Build strong fundamentals, improve technique, and gain confidence with experienced instructors in a supportive environment.

Our private 25-minute ice skating lessons provide one-on-one coaching tailored to skaters of all ages and beginner-intermediate abilities. Over the course of a semester, skaters receive personalized instruction focused on foundational skills, advanced techniques, and building confidence on the ice. Whether learning to skate, refining figure skating moves, or developing hockey edgework, our experienced instructors create a fun, motivating environment to help every skater progress at their own pace and achieve their goals. Stick and puck is not included.

Adult Aspire Class

This class transitions skaters from Basic Skill group classes to freestyle sessions. It is the bridge between more competitive-level figure skating.

 

 

Prepare for figure skating with our Aspire Adult Skating Classes! These classes focus on building a strong foundation of skills needed for a smooth transition into figure skating. In a positive and interactive group format, instructors emphasize quality and mastery of skills. 

 

If you are a beginner skater, this program is not suitable for you. Please ensure you are working on jumps and spins and have successfully completed Level 6.

 

Class Breakdown:  6:20pm-6:50pm Off-Ice @ Ballet Studio, 7:00pm-7:20pm Warm-up, 7:20pm-7:50pm Group Class, 7:50pm-8:20pm Free Skate.

Adult Basic Skills Level 1

Adult skaters with minimal or no prior skating experience, learn the basic skating skills and build confidence on the ice. 

 

 

Adult Basic Skills Level 1 introduces beginner skaters to the fundamentals of skating. Skaters learn in a supportive group environment led by expert coaches. Skaters are introduced to falling and recovery, forward marching, forward two-foot glides, one forwrad swizzle and one backward swizzle, dips and snowplow stops. This is the perfect beginner class to master the basics.

 

Class Breakdown: 7:00pm-7:20pm Warm-up, 7:20pm-7:50pm Group Class, 7:50pm-8:20pm Free Skate.

Adult Basic Skills Level 2

Adult Basic Skills Level 2

Ice Skating ·

Ages 18+ years · Coed

Adult skaters that have completed Adult 1 will continue to work on the basic skating skills and build more confidence on the ice.

 

In the next level of Adult Basic Skills, skaters learn forward skating across the ice, forward one-foot glides, forward slalom, backward skating, backward swizzles, two-foot turns in place.

 

Class Breakdown: 7:00pm-7:20pm Warm-up, 7:20pm-7:50pm Group Class, 7:50pm-8:20pm Free Skate.

Adult Basic Skills Level 3

Ages 18+ years · Coed

Adult skaters who have completed Adult level 2 will focus on learning how to skate on their edges in preparation to start forward crossovers and moving two foot turns.

 

In Adult 3, skaters focus on techniques including forward stroking with proper blade use, forward half-swizzle pumps, moving forward to backward and vice versa two-foot turns, backward skating into a long glide, forward chasses on a circle and backward snowplow stops. 

 

Class Breakdown: 7:00pm-7:20pm Warm-up, 7:20pm-7:50pm Group Class, 7:50pm-8:20pm Free Skate.
