Teen & Adult Parkour
Teen Parkour • Ages 12 - 16
This exciting new drop-in class offers teens expert instruction in the movements of Parkour, including running, jumping, climbing and other acrobatic movements. Utilizing our spring floors and foam safety pits, instructors create unique challenges throughout the gymnastics facility. Space is limited and the class is open to all levels. Pre-registration and parent-signed waiver required.
- Sessions are subject to availability. Sessions run on a first-come, first-served basis and may reach capacity and be closed out.

- Please note, at this time there is no option to pre-register for our Adult Parkour classes, but it is helpful to create an account before you come to your first class.
Adult Parkour • Ages 18+
This class combines aspects of Parkour and Free Running. Students learn to overcome obstacles through running, jumping, climbing, and the fundamental movements of Parkour (vaults, precisions, strides, rolls and more). Open to all levels.
