Note: July sessions do not meet July 1-7. In our older toddler gymnastics class, children will explore activities that encourage motor development, balance, and strength, such as rolling, hanging, and balance beam walking. Caregiver participation is required.

Preschool Gymnastics (3-4 yrs)

Note: July sessions will not run on July 4. In our first stage of separation classes, Preschool Gymnastics provides physical learning for the whole body through basic skill progression, allowing children to work on coordination, strength, balance, spatial awareness, flexibility and more. Children must be potty trained.

Look who's flying solo! Their first independent gymnastics class. Young athletes take the mat on their own and dive into skills like forward rolls, handstands, and tuck holds, plus trampoline time. Builds whole-body coordination, spatial awareness, and flexibility.
